By using Rut (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Purpose

Rut helps you track your dog’s routines and wellbeing. Rut does not provide veterinary or medical advice. If you believe your dog may be ill or injured, contact a veterinarian.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (if offered) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime via App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the store before purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the App, attempt to break security, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use the App for illegal purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep Rut available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for how you use the App and any decisions you make based on information in the App.
